Racing Drives Business Growth
I’m passionate about racing because it allows for unlimited creativity in building programs and experiences that strengthen brands and drive business growth. I’ve managed sponsorships at the highest levels, including successful partnerships in both the NASCAR Cup Series and NASCAR Truck Series.
Each May, during the Sonsio Grand Prix, a colleague and I host Cars & Connections — a private networking event at the iconic Indianapolis Motor Speedway. It’s an exclusive opportunity to build relationships, explore new business opportunities, and experience the world of motorsports like never before.
Wabash & Team Penske
While at Wabash, I established a strategic partnership with Team Penske, sponsoring Ryan Blaney (#12) and Brad Keselowski (#2) in the NASCAR Cup Series. Through VIP race experiences, we elevated brand visibility and generated new business opportunities for Wabash and its dealer network. We also drove employee engagement and built a "one team" culture through driver appearances at manufacturing plants, social media promotions, race ticket giveaways, and branded merchandise programs.

Con-way Freight & Roush Fenway Keselowski
I was first introduced to the power of racing sponsorship while at Con-way Freight, where we partnered with Roush Fenway Racing and rookie driver Colin Braun to run the Con-way Freight #6 Ford F-150 in the NASCAR Truck Series. In addition to customer VIP experiences, we developed an incentive program for Con-way’s 20,000+ driver sales representatives (DSRs), allowing them to earn points for securing additional shipments and redeem rewards for race experiences and branded merchandise. The program successfully drove revenue growth, strengthened customer relationships, and elevated brand visibility for Con-way Freight.
